to change his prediction as Kamala heads under water in the polls after the debate next week.  Unless he has inside info that ABC has already provided Kamala the debate questions, as was done for Hillary in 2016, he's a fool for making this prediction now.

to have a Guru du Jour.  If a prognosticator wants his 15 minutes of fame, all he has to do is predict Kamala will win and the slow-witted Dems will jump on board until the next day when it will be a new guy just like happened here.  Robert will always be the first one here to brown-nose the latest guy to take a flyer with Kamala.

Lichtman discounted the debate failure saying it would have no effect "Zero" and that Biden would win -- the only chance.
.
Now he says Kamala will win.  It's them keys!
