When by virtue of fame a person gains a market access not otherwise merited, don't they necessarily also take on the more uncomfortable aspects of fame including media criticism? It's like saying you're going to go into the desert where no one else had gone to prospect for gold and then suing Starbucks for not having a coffeehouse in the area resulting in you getting really really thirsty.
