I stayed away for the day. There was actually more coverage than I expected from the media, but there ARE some that simply want to ‘move on’.

I was listening to the producer of ‘Path to 9/11’ last night. It was on ABC a couple of years ago. He reminded the audience that ABC/Disney still forbids its release on DVD. They own it. It’s their right but it’s not surprising.

I'm glad I've got my original copy.

Bush has failed the families of those slain.  Failed the americal public, failed the congress he spoke before.  Failed the peoples of the world.  and Failed his god.

He vowed before all those to hunt down and bring to justice OBL and he has not.  Instead he has allowed himself and the nation to be sidetracked by embarking on a war in which there will be no winner... originally - I was much supportive of him, but when he nudged the data to support his belief instead of useing un-nudged data impartially evaluate the situation he lost my support.

He will soon be out of office... good riddance I say.  But I also say, we must get Bin Laden - Else we are a paper tiger - and the madman will not let go.  Unfortunately had we brought bin laden to justice, there would probably NEVER have been a need to invade Iraq.  We would have made the point... AND we would not have stretched ourselves so thin - as to not be able to resond to Iran....

yea.... anniversay... fortunately there will not be another with the current POTUS.

on purpose so as not to make a martyr out of him. Kill him and he's a hero. Capture him and you're daring AQ to invade a grammar school and use them as hostages for OBL's release.  Hiding in a cave is about as good as it gets if you want to make someone look impotent. He becomes an embarrassment, as did the Mid East strong man Saddam Hussein. "Up from the hole and up to the gallows for you big boy."

I do believe they know where he is: Right where they want him. Maybe now that Iraq is in the win column they will drag him out and saw his fucking head off and play soccer with it. Maybe get Richard Simmons to fuck his eye hole afterwards.

But then again, maybe not.

I think if the military could take out OBL, they would, but it might be good that they haven't yet. Pakistan with their nukes and potential for radical take over makes things dicey.

It's easy to get mad at Bush and there's much reason to do so. He's made some bad judgements, especially with Rumsfeld and and even more so with Paul Bremmer. Time and history will be required to be totally fair in the judgement about Iraq.

I would love to see Bin Laden dead or caught, preferably, the former.

However, if I had a choice of not catching him, but having him isolated and discredited, while having major portions of his network shattered and major players in his system dead, - both of which have happened, I am happy with No. 2.

After 9-11, the name Osama was one of the most popular names for new babies in the Arab world.  Now, it is way down.  There are Moslem clerics and thinkers who are questioning the path he chose, something that did not happen before.  His No. 2 is in Cuba, and dozens of his top associates are in Hell.

The network is a bigger danger than the man.  I am happy with the damage to the network, even if I would love to see the man caught.

OBM is the LHO of the 20th Century. I for one would love to hear what the man has to say, and who he was assisted by. The coincidences of 9/11 and the actions of our Govt.  (most notably the V.P.) on that day and the days leading up to the attack, are staggering. Remember there are no "coincidences"! One day the truth will be known and hopefully it won't be to late to bring most of the players up on charges of treason. America has to smarten up. Stop listening to FOX news, and think for yourselves. As one of the commanders of the former Soviet Unions Air Force has said, "there is no way we could fly bombers over the United States, even if we were able to penetrate their airspace. Their air defense is much to capable"!

And the statement of good ol Condi Rice , saying " we never thought they would hijack domestic air flights, and use them as guided missiles" is just more B.S.. When the WTC was bombed in the early 90's the resaulting raids brought forth detailed plans of just such an attack. And these plans were noted heavily in the media at the time.

The "plan for a new American Century" authored by Jeb Bush, Paul Wolfowitz, and others, sets forth a "need" for another "Pearl Harbor" to galvanize popular opinion supporting the remilitarization of America, and to further support the aggressive military actions throughout the globe , for fun and profit ?

I support our military strongly. I am very much aware of the competence of it's technology, training, and professionalism. That is why I must question A) how these hijacked planes were able to fly unencumbered for so long , and B) (and this one bothers me the most) how these hijackers were able to over power and kill the flight crews of these plane using "box cutters" ? I can't conceive of a situation where 3 men, all retired from the military, and in decent physical condition, were able to be overwhelmed by basic "street thugs" with knives in a fight to the death ? Not once, but four times? It doesn't ad up ! Ad  to that the fact that I can't use my cell phone anywhere in the Hollywood Hills, or on the beach in Playa Del Rey, yet the hostages had no problems connecting at 30,000 ft. ? And of course the one thing that did it for me (No Not "Loose Change"), was the fact that on 9/12 when glued to the TV like most of the rest of the world, we were being told that it will take days, if not weeks to get a precise figure on the victims-yet every 45 min or so they would flash a picture showing all of the attackers and their names?

Blatant stupidity, or even more mindless, blind faith has most of America looking for an external aggressor as the "mastermind" behind the attack. We should be looking inward. I have no doubt that OBL and his organization were involved in the attacks. But who was the  actual facilitator? Who thought it, planned it, and arranged for it to be a successful operation ? Those things were very much out of OBL's control. He was a tool, and that tool was being utilized by a group of Americans to advance their own agendas. Our president is to stupid to have done this. I place no blame on the idiot. However the Administration answers to a much higher source then the President. And I'm not speaking of "God", he's only used to control the populace their is no real belief in him. This Administration answers to Bush Sr.. And with him lie all the answers to what truly happened on Sept. 11th.

personally, I've watched fuck ups that would stagger the mind... OBL counted on a sluggish response... and remember, who scrambles for a domestic airline off course... NO ONE - especially if the flight is totally in your own air space.

They do keep tabs on various potential terrorists... but under our rule of law, cannot act.  and even now, it is somewhat difficult to keep tabs on them.  but hey, if it were me?  lots of folk would be packin it outta the country.... because of their somewhat suspicous behavior.

Could this be done... in case you forget... OBL probably studied civil engineering (due to his family's business).  The financial interests of the bin Laden family are represented by the Saudi Binladin Group, a global construction and equity management conglomerate grossing $5 billion U.S. dollars annually.  Go figure.

But hey, you believe what you wish... many in the 40's also believed that Roosevelt helped the Japanese bomb Pearl Harbor to hasten America's entry into WWII... but as I say, you go right ahead and believe what ever you want... as it would certainly help explain the FIRST FRICKIN WORLD TRADE CENTER BOMBING when, duh, now who was president then... in 1993?? oh yea, CLINTON... ya gonna tell me he was a part of it too....

Tool... ya gotta apply the same lame logic to it all....

SO I agree, lets lynch Bush - but lets also go for CLINTON.  Happy now.
