No one EVER said ANY vaccine was 100% effective at keeping someone from getting a particular virus. What they do very well is stopping MOST people from getting said virus, OR, if they do get it keeping them from getting a severe case that either puts them in the hospital or kills them. Dr. Biden is in the latter category and is probably really glad she was fully vaccinated.
