Riddle me this : why does he have to say such stupid & false shit ? Is this how he's gonna act under pressure as POTUS ?

There's probably a 1% chance ( if that ) of the election results being overturned or him resigning before inauguration ( However, I thought there'd be a 1% chance of him being POTUS ) IF the elections & the recounts are on the up & up, as they'd most likely be, why not STFU & let Clinton & Stein make idiots/ sore losers of themselves?! What is he & his campaign afraid of ?! This just throws a bonfire onto the "liberal msm" about this story, fueling it for weeks. How stupid can they be ?

It's stupid shit like that ( from the left AND the right ) that has kept me off this board of late.

As for the article, used it as a springboard to relate to Trump's anger over the recount, which it directly relates to.

What a dumb cluck.

I thought Kelly Anne Conway took away his tweet privileges. LOL

I think she needs to do so again.

Seems pretty petty by Trump.

Oh well. Emily Post he is not. lol

AND the MSM has a tendency to quote Trump about as accurately as LTM, but I have to concede you are correct about this. Trump has been doing a very good job lately being "Presidential" this is a pretty big backslide for him and hopefully only an isolated incident of "Candidate Trump" returning as opposed to PE Trump who has been remarkably restrained.

If Trump could just resist the urge to Tweet shit like this, Stein and by extension Clinton would look like the petty and vindictive ones, and Trump would go a long ways towards looking like the POTUS he wants to become.

We've been dealing with a delusional jackass for eight years.
He's still spouting mindless shit as of today.
I'm giving Trump a pass until he gets some time under his belt.
And as for the popular vote, Soros and Hillary tried everything they could to buy or steal the election. So maybe Trump is correct.

You're posting about the media covering Trump's tweets.

Are you mad he didn't curse, call people names, and make fun of retards?

Trump isn't going anywhere ? Yes, I agree, based on precedent, but precedent was thrown out the window the Mon before the election when 90% of us thought HRC was gonna win. The wildcard here is that, IMO, Trump is quite unstable, inauguration is a long 55 days off &, to quote your words about HRC, the possibility of a house landing on his head is not out of the question. Do I wanna bet this-----No-------LOL---------but in this crazy fucking year, anything's possible.

Ironic that some on this board think HRC "rigged" the popular vote, which makes them as dumb as their lefty brethren.

In terms of the recount, the big fly in the ointment is PA---------he leads there by 72 k votes, no paper ballot backups, just electronic voting machines. They're not on the net, so can't be "hacked" that way, only if they're physically tampered with-------& how the fuck do you prove that ?

and yes, it is ridiculous that anyone thinks that "HRC" rigged the system. but it's hardly ridiculous to believe the system itself is "rigged" just as any BernieBot about that one.

As for Hillary joining the "recount movement" I don't really see it hurting her "legacy" As Jeb so prophetically stated almost a decade ago "no tengo futuro" Those words describe what lies in store for Hillary down the road just perfectly, as she has no political future to speak of.

The recount resulted in trump getting more votes and hillwhorie less.

While I think they should take his twitter away, however, it has never really hurt him and
he is President Elect.

Stein has raised about 6 million bucks for the recount. Since it is not likely to cost near that much, and the campaign over, who gets the remainder of the funds?  I hope Jill will be made to account for every penny.

BTW gotta wonder who are all the donors?  I'm sure soros threw in a few (million) bucks?

Hillary's legacy will be affected. For one brief moment she presented herself as noble and "presidential". However, her acquiescence in allowing Jill Stein to "take the low road, while she took the high road" will in my opinion come back to haunt her. Where's the funding in all this? Of course the DNC disavowes any financial contribution, but could it be possible that down the road a number of the Green Party's projects will find favor with the Clinton Foundation? It might be prudent to keep an inquiring mind regarding this

A great deal of funding has come from shell company resources connected to George Soros, with significant contributions also coming from Silicon Valley.

Aint no grass roots pumping up this bitch.

.....and probably in PA and Michigan. Jill Stein is insisting that ALL recounts be done by hand....lol. It probably won't make a lick of difference to the final result, but it will ensure that electors won't be able to vote on December 13th, thus throwing the electoral college election to the House for a vote. FWIW, the House now has an approval rating of less than 15 percent.

She is too old to make another run at POTUS, so for all intents and purposes her political career is over. She's been first lady, US senator, SOS and failed candidate for POTUS. Where is she supposed to go from here?  Unless Chelsea picks up the mantle some day in the future., I see the Clinton political dynasty ending with her defeat.

Now as for the Obamas, we have hardly heard the last of them. I take no joy in this prediction, but I see Obama quite possibly becoming the De Facto head of the Democratic Party over these next four years, with his wife being "Drafted" into running for the Presidency in either 2020 or 2024, depending of course on how good or bad a job Trump does in his first couple of years.

Gagambler is accusing me of crossing the aisle into Planet Stupid territory, you accuse me of being a closet Trump supporter and Laffy insists I'm the biggest Trump fan in the room because I once stated I found him entertaining and found his "move the embassy to Jerusalem" statement compelling. Well, it was, but not enough to get me to support his candidacy.

The only real bullshit here, is the blind partisanship that made genuine dialog across the aisles virtually impossible.

Now, I stand by my statement that George Soros has been a prime (not the only) source of funding going to Super Pacs throughout the Democratic and left wing paradigm and now filling the recount coffers of Jill Stein.
Between George Soros and Silicon Valley, there are enough deep pockets with multiple shellcorp firewalls that a casual glance would not see the connections. Follow the money...

The recount effort is bullshit. Hillary lost, and will not be our first female president; deal with it.
Trump maintaining even the slightest semblance of control over his financial empire is bullshit. and I will have to get over my objections to that as well as his choice of Steve Bannon.

Bottom line - I was reticent over ANY result in the election and I've stated my reasons frequently enough. From my perspective I'm screwed regardless of who controls the government.

Personally I think we did as good as could have been hoped for given the slate of candidates we were given. Trump won, keeping Crooked Hillary out of the White House. Trump was not given by any stretch of the imagination anything close to a mandate, which means most of the real crazy ideas he campaigned on are DOA.

The GOP might control both houses of Congress, but they are so fractured and divided they are hardly going to be a united force to overturn Roe V Wade or Gay Marriage, or any of the other issues "real" conservatives like Ted Cruz would be focusing on.

What Trump IS likely to do is to repatriate the bulk of the Two TRILLION dollars sitting offshore, and another thing he is also likely to accomplish is an infrastructure bill, possibly in the Trillion dollar range as well.  The 3.8% Obamacare tax is almost assuredly a thing of the past. If that's all he accomplishes, I would still rate him a roaring success over what we would have had under Hillary. So all in all, I don't feel screwed at all, I feel rather optimistic to tell the truth.
