Saw some reporting that broke it down to 12 attackers, including two snipers, whose vehicles included a Hyundai SUV, another unidentified vehicle, and two motorcycles. In the moments before the attack, the entire electrical grid for that area had been shut down.  After the operation, the attackers disappeared into the shadows.
