Looks like Trump's plan to stay at home and hide is failing. One event in Montana while Harris/Walz barnstorm across America just doesn't cut it.

Oh wait. He only does the map thing when he thinks Trump is winning. And before he makes up any of his numerous excuses about the poll, the NY Times/Siena poll is THE number one ranked poll in the country.

Let's see that map now Willy! Get rid of those RFK Jr states and put Kamala at 270! It was just a few weeks ago when Willy was telling us the Don could get as many as 350 electoral votes. My how things have changed! :)

All the energy is on one side and dysfunction is on the other, and I think the polls are reflecting that. So far, Team Kamala is doing an extraordinary job as she has the audacity to listen to her handlers and stay on message while Trump is raging at a very popular governor from his own party and mocking Kamala's race. I hear Kellyanne Conway is being summoned to save him as he is clearly is all over the place. He is in desperation mode.

My opinion remains that the race is competitive. Either side can look for rays of hope.

I don't know who will win. I do believe that a Harris win will finally normalize lawfare directed against political enemies. Very dark times ahead.

Trump committed several actual crimes and is simply being held to account. The New York and GA cases weren't even brought by the Federal Government.

Vance and James both campaigned promising to “Get Trump”.  Vance conjured up multiple felony charges out of one act was at best a misdemeanor. The Democrats are most certainly practicing law fare.

Vance never brought any charges against Trump. Bragg took heat for not immediately bringing charges against Trump when he took office and only did so months later after much more research. As for it becoming a felony case, ChicKie needs to bone up on the law.

You’re correct that it was Bragg, not Vance, that brought the charges. But to suggest that the pressure on Bragg to bring charges against Trump was not political? Pure hackery.

Of COURSE the pressure on Bragg was to an extent political. But to suggest he didn't spend months developing the charges to also satisfy his legal requirements is the purest of political hackery.

Alan Dershowitz wrote a book about lawfare entitled Get Trump. Dershowitz doesn't even like Trump but he knows unethical government use of power when he sees it.
