And if they run out of bonds, they'll get cash. All this just to get vaccinated....Interesting is that this is what he thinks might help get his republican constitutes vaccinated. I like the concept. And let's be honest here,  WV is a Republicans state that trump carried by close to 40 pts.
Only one problem I see, They'll get the cash and now they'll spend it on opioids...weird trade off if you ask me.

that is 'collateral damage'.

BTW, a lot of retailers like Kroger etc. has been giving money to their employees to get vaccinated. It works.

Meth is just about as big a problem in WV now as opiates.
