No jail time equals no automatic disbarment, and since the Texas Bar is incredibly inept – their frivolous lawsuits/ election interference case against her has already been thrown out once because the bar attys incredibly failed to attach exhibits  properly to their brief - she may well get to keep her law license.

Al Gore contested a legal recount in Florida that was never completed because the Supreme Court ruled against it. Immediately Gore conceded. It's now been nearly three years and Trump has yet to concede.
Other questions raised by Dem candidates were brief and minor. Kerry conceded. Hillary Clinton conceded. Not Trump.

1) A judge in NY fined Trump $5000 for violating his gag order.
2) Another judge told Trump he was violating another gag order and could be jailed if it continued.
3) A second co-defendant in the GA election fraud case flipped on Trump.
All this in just one day.
Not to mention his continuing rants are increasingly irrational. And while his core will never desert him (will you, Willy?) but virtually no Independents will vote for him.
