I’m certainly no Trump supporter. His huge lack of business ethics is only over shadowed by Clinton’s lack of political, social and even legal ethics. Given the data in this article I simply ask, why isn’t Trump or at least his accountant in jail? Maybe he didn’t break any criminal laws? Before Sarbaines Oxley it was commonplace among almost all corporations that every employee was instructed to regularly destroy as many documents as possible, as often as possible. Post SO doing so incorrectly can land one in prison for up to 20 years. Still, SO does more bad by stifling competition, IMO.  

Trump’s business practices seem to have been not illegal even though most likely civilly unethical. Why isn’t Trump in an orange jump suit? He’s more powerful and wealthier than those he’s screwed over by legally using the system.
