Jeffy-Poo, I will probably come to regret this in the short run, but when you wrote, "Indiana cannot withold funds from Planned Parenthood because they perform "IL"-legal abortions," may I assume that you meant to actually write "legal," instead?

Putting typos and momentary brain farts on your part aside, issue should be taken with the main thrust of your argument, which seems to be, "Planned Parenthood should receive funds from the government because of all of the non-abortion related services they provide to Indiana residents."

Since Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973, over 50 million American children have been aborted.  The decision has had the effect of codifying abortion as a legal procedure.  Obviously, most of the 50 million individuals who chose to avail themselves of the availability of legal abortion would agree that it was a good law.

But, why should taxpayers be expected to pay for them?  

Planned Parenthood has certainly played a major role in the abortion of these 50 million humans since the SC decision.  It should be remembered, however that many people do not agree with either the decision, the practice of abortion or being required to participate in the practice vis a vis PAYING for them with their tax dollars (I believe you are fond of referring to these people as "RIGHT WING WOMEN HATERS").

Your argument begs for Reductio ad Hitlerum.  For you to say that Planned Parenthood isn't all bad is like saying that Hitler should not be #1 on every list of insane, vicious people because of his few positive accomplishments (Hitler was anti-smoking, Hitler was vegetarian, Hitler invented the Volkswagen, Hitler designed the 5-ring Olympic symbol and the Olympic torch-lighting ceremony, and Hitler developed the modern highway system).  

There are many people in Indiana who don't want the money that is confiscated at gunpoint from them in the form of taxes to pay for the abortion services provided by Planned Parenthood.  These voice of these people deserve to receive some consideration, and certainly more consideration that to be told, "GO FUCK YOURSELF RIGHT WING WOMEN HATERS," by the likes of you.

Really, WTF fuck is wrong this whole thing is wrong in so many ways from basic democracy to human rights.
