The article you linked doesn't say any of that.  In fact it it was a marketing study that shows equality in donations by both parties depending on how the charities describe themselves.  Another article linked below says that if you exclude donations to churches, liberals are more generous.  

The rest of that crap about how much happier and solid conservatives are in their home life is pure unadulterated bullshit.  

The bad news is that I wasted 5 minutes reading those articles - something you obviously did not bother with.

Actually, only about 3% of all of Congress release their tax returns and while the fact you raise is valid, it is totally off point.
