For years, everyone had puppet masters behind Reagan, and then when his papers started being released it turns out that he had thousands of pages of handwriten notes and typed drafts that he had done himself, and there was no great puppet master.

Old Ike was a nice avuncular old guy who played golf and was made out as a joke.  Of course, rising from West Point and overseeing the largest army in history is no mean feat.  Ike's book is still considered a classic, which Stevenson's work gathers dust as a piece of crap.

Her puppetmasters are those who control her media exposure, those who control her party exposure and those who hold her purse strings.

Her job is to balance the requirements of her puppetmasters where their interests may diverge while making it appear to regular Americans that she has THEIR best interests at heart.

Think of a politician as a provider who is hooking behind her husband's back. She's in the midst of a triple with three clients when hubby walks in and realizes that he pays the salary of her three clients plus provides for her needs as well.

Not that I can blame/credit Obama for the actions of the Fed, but the impending decline of the value of the dollar will have a greater impact on the price of oil than will any anti big business bias.

It's just that I've noticed you seem to have only one tool in your tool box. A hammer. And, you seem to only be able to hammer, and hammer on the same point. You don't like President Obama. I got the point, and I got it along time ago.

She is now a media darling, or at least a right wing media darling. She has found an audience, and quite a large one at that.

She has a message and she is getting quite good at getting that message out. I don't happen to agree with much of her particular message, you know how I feel about religious kooks, but she definitely is getting support, and not just from any so called puppet masters.

Those people that Obama ridiculed who hang on to their "guns and religion" are a very powerful voice in this country, I just happen to be one who hangs on to his gun to protect myself from those who hang onto religion. lol
