If she is not willing to have sex with him he would be happy to touch some of her body parts!   The explicit text messages were part of a 33 page report from a Judge who investigated sexual harassment and abuse allegations against Senator Jack Latvala of Clearwater, FL.   He was one of the GOP candidates for Governor.    The judge also concluded there was a criminal case of corruption involving the Senator.     Not sure if Tampa Police is looking in to it as he used public funds.
