I'm not sure why it matters if a person is a high school drop-out or a Duke alum. Actually, a person could easily be both. My father dropped out of high school and then later went on to complete college at a top school.

Quite frankly, I've seen enough of what goes on not to be impressed by most credentials even if proven.

I would say ... let's deal with the substance of what people say rather than worrying about the veracity of details of their personal lives. People have a motive to lie about themselves a little bit here or there just to make sure their board persona doesn't correspond too perfectly to their real life.

Bottom line is, to me, this crap doesn't much matter. There are bloody dictators, stock swindlers, murderers and assorted ne'er-do-wells all over the world who have attended ivy league schools.

But before anyone accuses Priapus of being a "Board liar," I say his above post conclusively proves he was telling the truth when he said he "did not have time" to take Quad's IQ challenge.

    Investigating pressing issues like this one has got to take a lot of time. He even ventured "cross board" to find this inconsistency.
