Movie aficionados will recall that, nary a few weeks ago, the film NO OTHER LAND received an Academy Award.

One of the co-directors, Hamdan Ballal, was recently attacked by a motley crew of Illegal West Bank Settler misfit after he and two companions got involved in a dispute  between the two contending parties of Israelis and Palestinians. Soon afterward, Ballal and two companions were taken into custody by IDF occupiers, and, according to Ballal, held overnight and beaten.

The IDF folks claim that IDF soldiers and settler-occupiers were attacked by, wait for it ... Palestinian terrorists, and hence had to take Ballal and companions into custody.

Can it be, according to the report : " The focal point of No Other Land is the ongoing land, water, and agriculture conflicts between Palestinian farmers and Israeli settlers in Masafer Yatta.:  Nah, that could not possibly be a reason for the attack.

These are just some really, really, really intense movie critics.
