Trump and MAGA have been turning the heat up excessively for last 10 year. Trump and MAGA leaders are always hyper angry, seek to kill, hang, execute, jail etc. their political opponents! And they do these openly and publicly! Show me one Dem leader that use these verbs in their speeches?
It is sad that their own ‘fire’ will destroy them and in the process will harm this country irreparably!! It will fall on the Dems and on some real republicans to rebuild the country from the ashes.

Blaming one side or the other is often fools gold. Making sweeping generalizations about good or evils re: liberals or conservatives, based on one shooting event is also quite ridiculous. There are nuts on both sides, as history tells us.

and now angry with righty rats like you that are denying that the shooter was registered Republicunt. It is confirmed. I will take his party registration than 2021 donation to ActBlue.

And what do you mean by ‘sounds like’ not affiliated with R party at all? You are just denying the facts that are coming to haunt you. By doing this you rats continue to fan and spread the MAGA fire of false fury.

And, go tell Vance, Don jr. et al. To be on the ‘same page’ !! They have accused the left without any evidence for this horrible act within hours of the incident.

Shut up and go think about what damage rats like you doing to this country.

So what if he was a registered Republican who also gave money to a left wing group? Both things are true because he was nuts. Why would anyone expect logical behavior from a lunatic.

atmosphere of super hatred in this country? Every public speaking they talk about death and killing. Please read my posts carefully before you argue the popular nut job theory. The real question is who create these nut jobs. I am accusing them.

Penn is a closed primary state. So the shooter may have registered Republican (if true) so he could vote for Haley in order to send a fuck you message to Trump. He was obviously highly motivated.

The right isn’t the one calling Trump the next Hitler and the greatest threat to democracy 24/7. That would be your side.

Also… weren’t you just calling for the supreme court justices to be shot?

You are placing emphasis on the "registered republican" narrative while discounting he gave money to a left wing group. You are acting hyper partisan. You told Republicans to wait until all the facts came in yet here you are not heeding your own advice.

this country that creates these ‘nut jobs’! And also look at which politicians are mostly responsible for that atmosphere! Look at the politicians (and which party they belong to) that mention death and killing in every turn in their conversations and speeches!

leaders within an hour of the incident! MAGA megaphone has been on the high gear since then  … it is in full swing today. Republican leaders are directly accusing Biden to have ‘ordered’ this hit! And, you are calling me hyper partisan?
I mentioned registered republican - which is a fact - just to get them into some senses.
You missed my main point: look at the big picture of who is creating this hateful environment? Look deeper and go beyond the convenience of ‘nut job’ theory which hides the realities in most cases. Oh do you think 1/6 attackers were nut jobs? Acting on their own volition ?

You only take into account things that make a Left wing argument and you discount anything that would show you may be incorrect. You were told that this nut made a payment to a left wing group and that didn't fit your narrative so you down played it. That is being a hyper partisan. It doesn't make you a bad guy, just a guy who cant see things from 30,000 feet. You see everything from a purely left of center lens. Thats ok, as that is your want but just own that.
.
You are also moving the goal posts. Your initial point was this guy was influenced by MAGA simply bc he was a "registered republican." Have you ever heard of "Never Trumpers?" That is a term given to, wait for it, REPUBLICANS who hate Trump. Adam Kissinger comes to mind. He is also a "registered Republican" but he is a good man that puts country first. To equate him with the Trumpers bc of his party affiliation is asinine. But now your point is shifting to January 6. You are all over the place.
.
Finally do you really want us to believe it was a pro-Trump shooter....who tried to murder Trump??? Why dont you calm down, let the facts play out and chill out a bit. Let the right politicize it. Lester couldnt wait an hour to do so. Done be like Lester. Get the facts first.

Dude, you spew the most violent rhetoric on this forum, and you’re saying Republicans are the problem. It’s time for everyone here, especially you, to take a deep breath.

When MAGA s have gone to stratosphere with their partisanship? Especially when the goal is not to live in and believe in their world of hate, anger and animosity!

No I didn’t ask you to believe anything except two points:
1. The shooter is a registered republican (a fact)
2. For last 15-20 years this MAGA party has created this environment in this country where a presidential candidate is being shot at - first time in 40+ years!

Wake up and put the blame where it belongs! See thee we world as it has become for us!

And, no I didn’t move the goal post - you  think that way because you have been missing it!!!

Trump sends out numerous (7? 10? 15?) messages every day (via his campaign email). His tone is a constant "All Hell Breaks Loose in One Hour" (sent just before the PA rally) or
.
"PRESIDENT TRUMP: THE FINAL BATTLE STARTS IN 7 DAYS.
Now is the time to HELP ME Save America and claim your Red MAGA Hat NOW
After I accept the presidential nomination next week, the liberation of America truly begins.
And when it does, I’ll need MILLIONS of Patriots like Chris standing by my side, ready to DEMOLISH the Deep State and rescue our country from these FILTHY LUNATICS!"
.
That is how Trump riles up his cult. There are many more, some of them worse.

The dumbest take was that this was staged. Trump's ear was practically blown off. One inch more and the bullet would have gone through his right eye and through his brain. That's some high stakes stagecraft!

Trump: "(I was) shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear."  BULLSHIT!!

Teddy Roosevelt broke away from the Republican Party and formed the Bull Moose Party.  Today, Trump and his MAGAts have transformed the Republican Party into the Bull Shit Party.

About 50% of eligible 18-24 yos are registered to vote. (That's the lowest percentage of all the age brackets.)
Voter turnout among 18-24 yos in 2020 was around 50%. (Also the lowest percentage of all the age brackets.)
.
Registration of and voting by 18-24s is lower in states like LA (the lowest) and other southern states and higher (highest) in the northeast states.
.
When I turned 18, I registered to vote. I wanted to participate in democracy. I had plenty of 18 yo friends who registered as Dems and Reps. They agreed on some issues and disagreed on some issues. They did not always vote along a strict party line.  (This was in a large northeast city with excellent public schools and excellent teachers who taught history, social studies, etc. and taught students to think critically in order to help to produce an informed electorate. Other educational districts and other teachers might hold back their students and discourage them from voting.)
