Harris campaign: How can we fill a stadium to make it look like Harris can fill a stadium? I know, we’ll just tell people it’s not a Harris rally, but a Beyonce concert! We’ll get photos of vids of the rally and it’ll be huge! People will want to vote for us!

 
Reality: 30,000 people who thought they were going to see a Beyonce concert just got screwed by the Harris campaign. Probably won’t be voting for her.

 
This reminds me. I have a new business model for becoming a famous rock star.  

 
Step 1) get a band together and get yourself a gig
Step 2) tell everyone that you should show up because Metallica is headlining.  
Step 3) when Metallica doesn’t show up tell everyone “look at how awesome my band is. All these Metallica fans just loved us”

 
What could possibly go wrong?

They're saying she didn't actually say explicitly that Beyonce would sing.

They can cover for her all they want. It doesn’t change the fact that a Beyoncé performance was implied and the crowd booed when Beyoncé left the stage without singing one note.

I bet Obama had to make the call to even get Beyoncé to show up…
