I wonder, POTUS Trump supposedly knows all about branding, which is just a BS MBA way of saying slap your name on something and see what fool buys your crappy goods.

Which brings, sadly and inevitably, to THE WALL [not the Pink Floyd version, but with that ya never can be sure].

He has taken mucho criticism re this policy proposal, for reasons bot hgood and bad.  Don't he realize it's all just a big PR problem?

Another country has built a wall, for reasons far worse that those put forth by POTUS Trump,  And no one dares to criticize it or to question the motives of the architects of that policy.

Ah, but they were shrew enough to avoid deploying the W word. It's a fence [like the one in your backyard which keeps Fido out of the clutches of animal control].  What could be more benign than that? In darker moments it's a security barrier, an idea implicit in Trump's ham-handed proposal, but never articulated consistently  or  reasonably  or credibly [big surprise  there]. Well, consider the architect of that policy.

Yep, the double standard continues to live.

But, being the nice guy I am, don't mind educating those who do not have the benefit of a higher education.  Here are a few things you should know about the wall;

 
1)  Trumpty dumpty's wall is nothing more than a hair brain idea he was given to appease the far right, radical, extremists.  He continues to emphasize it because he feels he will lose his base if he doesn't.

 
2)  Mexico was supposed to pay for the wall.  They're NOT!  This was one of Trumpty dumpty's first lies.

 
3)  When the GOP had majorities in the house and senate, the GOP refused to fund the wall because the GOP knew it simply would not do what Trumpty dumpty wanted it to do and was a waste of money.

 
4)  So what does Trumpty dumpty do, the guy who falsely claims he supports the military?  He goes and illegally steals money that was allocated by law, for military projects important to our national security.

 
5)  Building this wall is taking land away from many of the people who voted for Trumpty dumpty.  Don't be surprised if Trumpty dumpty does NOT win Texas in the next presidential election.

 
OK, I know this is a lot to wrap your brain around.  Put down the beer, shake your head abruptly back and forth to gain some focus and then read it again.  There is a good chance you just may understand it all if you read it slowly and very carefully.

Back to the "W word" Keep in mind that the "Brain Addled one" that you speak of got himself elected against all odds, partly because of the "W" word that got his base to the polls. Let me suggest that getting elected was the real goal and getting the "fence" actually built wasn't such a big deal to him? Either way, regardless of your feelings about him, you can't deny he got himself elected.
