Is being released and says Comey violated FBI policies when he 1) leaked his notes from his discussions with Trump with instructions to give them to the news media, and 2) failed to notify the FBI after his firing that he had FBI documents in his personal safe at his home. (This is why his home was searched by the FBI after his firing.) The DOJ will not prosecute these violations because the information leaked was NOT classified.
My take is that they are going to include him in the FISA abuse prosecution and they don't want to muddy the water with a bunch of lesser charges. We will have to wait and see what Special Prosecutor Durham comes up with.
While Trump might have won the election anyway, Comey's unprecedented and policy-violating public skewering of Clinton's email server and his SECOND announcement just days before the election that he'd re-opened the investigation, put the final nails in her coffin. Comey is without a doubt the most compromised FBI Director ever and with the least judgment BY FAR. You should be bathing his balls in gratitude.
