since I think few on the board read Fox, thought I'd provide some facts you probably will miss as the 'scandal' continues.

One of the two emails that sparked the FBI probe was an April 2011 email from Clinton confidant Huma Abedin that, Fox News has learned, contained intelligence from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the National Security Agency (NSA), and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), which oversees aerial imagery, including satellites.

Fox News is told that in late spring, all three agencies confirmed to the intelligence community inspector general that the intelligence was classified when it was sent four years ago by Abedin to Clinton's private account, and remains classified to this day.
The State Department spokesman also said last Wednesday they are seeking a second opinion on the classification of some emails from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, who leads the intelligence community.  

“I made clear that we’ve asked the Director of National Intelligence for another assessment of those two, the two that the ICIG had determined should have been classified – or at least portions of which should have been classified top secret. So we’ve asked the DNI to look at that and we’ll see what happens,” spokesman John Kirby said.  

But a source close to the email investigation emphasized there is no such appeals process, and the finding that the intelligence was classified by the agencies who owned it is "not negotiable."  
Separately, Fox News has learned that a senior State Department official, Under Secretary Patrick Kennedy, who was deeply involved in the Benghazi controversy, is running interference on the classified email controversy on Capitol Hill.  

Two sources confirmed that Kennedy went to Capitol Hill in early July and argued the 2011 Abedin email – which as Fox News first reported kick-started the FBI probe along with a second 2012 email from Clinton aide Jake Sullivan -- did not contain classified material.  

One participant found it odd Kennedy insisted on having the discussion in a secure facility for classified information, known as a SCIF, though Kennedy said the Abedin email was unclassified

The WH comes out and says yesterday that the best decision it ever made was picking Crazy Old Joe as VP. We can debate the "merits" of that another time, but CLEARLY that was a shot across Hill's bow.

Does Hill's team trash Uncle Joe if he gets in, knowing full well Obama's FBI is sitting there, investigating her emails/server?

She may need Barry to eventually pardon her. Does he if she fks over Joe? her hands are kinda tied on this one it seems.  

I don't know if Hills is in real legal jeopardy or not, but she better watch herself and how she plays this out. The normal game of lies, deception and stonewalling don't seem to be working as they did in the past for the Clintons.

No love lost between the Obama's and the Clintons either. Now we have a competing soap opera to watch, along with that billionaire with the bad haircut. What's his name again? lol

Whose campaign staff thinks so much of him they will work for free-well except for his Iowa chairman who just quit bc he wasn't getting paid- that is when you will know she is in "real legal jeopardy."

When all we really have is a violation of state dept rules or worst case scenario a misdemeanor when the Fox moderators didn't even ask how Gov Perry could for president while under felony indictment? And the fox opinion guys all treat the indictment as political.

Msnbc has covered both.

Fox is the worst tv station ever. We all agree  right?

Is Fox better than MSNBC and NBC? Obviously.  

So logic dictates they cant be the worst then

If you want to know what Bill OReilly, Seah Hanity, or any other person from Fox has to say about anything, don't ask a conservative, ask a lefty. They can quote you chapter and verse everything that has ever been said on Fox.

I do find it quite ironic that the same people who call Fox biased (which they are) are the same people who are constantly quoting stuff said on Huff Po or the DailyKook.
