if you're too stupid to know how to register to vote, personally I find it comforting if you don't.

If you have to complain about waiting in line to vote considering the number of people who have DIED to give you and protect that right, then you  pretty much have screwed up priorities.

If Kerry had won, none of these people would be complaining. Just like 2000, just a bunch of sore losers.

I know many conservatives will say: "Get over it, you lost!"  But to say that misses the point!!!!  When affluent white neighborhoods can vote with little to no waiting in line, and many poor and minority citizens have to wait up to three hours to vote, you are kidding yourself if do not see a problem here - not to mention all the complaints about voter registration!.  While I'm not saying that these allegations in Ohio were part of directive straight from Bush, it is obvious that someone or a group of people in the government tried to make it more difficult to vote for a certain group of citizens.  THAT IS VERY SCARY!!!!  And if you're not scared by this, then you have traded the ability for critical thought in for the numbness that comes from being completely satisfied that your ideology is currently the dominant one.

Again, this transcends party affiliation.  What if the roles were reversed????  Either way, you'd have the government officials trying to unfairly affect the election results.  Not good.....

Maybe there is a more benign explanation to the long lines in poor neighborhoods and short lines in rich ones.  Rich neighborhood has more money ergo more money to spend on voting machines.  Also must rich people I know vote by absentee ballot anyway.  If anyone is scared that they wont be able to vote should vote by absentee ballot.

Didn't you get in enough cheating there to make up for your lazy voters in Ohio?
