A conservative activist and three Republican candidates have asked state and federal courts to toss the votes and shut down drive-thru voting in the state's most populous, and largely Democratic, county.

The GOP know they will lose big time..They know their only hope is to suppress and try to invalidate any votes through the courts..Desperate people take desperate measures..

Having people on a whim modifying election procedures leads to voting fraud (Project Veritas just caught some Texans paying people for their votes.)

People who want different election laws have the political process (elections) to enact their desires.  We can't have random officials changing election procedures just on their own whim.

Harris County Democrats should concede the lawsuit ASAP. Invalidate the illegal ballots now, giving those voters the chance to have their voices heard on Tuesday.

It’s very likely that SCOTX agrees with Les that the drive thru polling places are illegal.  The only issue they cited was the timing of the lawsuit.
