Trump should start from scratch contracting to a religious-based organization. There are many that are above-board and have a long history of very low operating overhead because most of the people involved are volunteers looking for salvation for past sins. At USAID, many of the so-called humanitarian organizations have operating overheard of 50% or more, which is a wasted of taxpayers money even though the other 50% buys food for the needy.
Do Chinese or say Nigerian tax payers feed the homeless in the USA? No? Why should we feed anyone but our own citizens? Why should we pay to treat HIV and malaria? Does Cameroon pay to help treat Americans for anything?
