unless he becomes unprofitable, which is very unlikely, I don't think Fox and Beck are parting anytime soon.

I would be a good time for Fox to renegotiate his contract, as they hold all the cards right now. I mean it's not like Beck is going to jump ship and go to work for CNN. lol

While his audience wasn't as big as Beck's he is generally credited as having dramatically increased MSNBC's ratings and helping to pull it ahead of CNN.  Love him or hate him,  these are simple facts re ratings.
PS: Given Fox News ratings lead, the launch of the highly partisan Fox Business channel, and the Republicans' almost total lock on political  talk radio, isn't it time the right stopped whining about how the media has such a liberal slant? (I know, snowball, you didn't do it in this post, but the righties on this board have beaten this dead horse frequently).
