Nathan Kay (73) of Palm Springs, CA passed away at his home on January 8 due to cardiac arrest. He left this earth waiting for his wife of 35 years to prepare dinner as he watched Keith Olbermann on MSNBC with his favorite dog Elizabeth in his arms.
