Unfortunately the burden of this falls upon federal authorities. Oregon Governor Kate Brown And Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler sat around with their thumbs up their asses for close to three months doing nothing while rioting took place. Of course they claim they were just peaceful protests. I guess all those fires were just spontaneous combustion; and all those windows, etc. just happened to break by themselves. Regardless of your political beliefs, You can’t (or shouldn’t) condone mob rule.
