This is 100% correct about the sanctuary policies of States and Cities.

 
Remember that much of ICE was putting detainers on "suspects" while they were going thru the court process or had been arrested.   So all those police had to do was "HOLD THEM" until ICE showed up.   But they didn't and released them.  Which made ICE do the things they did, do the operations they did, do the surveillances they did, etc.    IF the suspects were actually HELD like they requested not much of this crap would have happened.

 
Sad but true....and many libs don't want to admit to this.
