She road the coatails of a Strong candidate (Gore) and with thatlarge turnout in a largely Democratic state. Add a weak opponnet and the media gushing allover her she won handily. Look , all politicians are phoneys thats true but her sense of entittlement about the Presidency , which because she slept in the Lincoln bedroom for 8 years makes her qualified in her mind.
