I think the liberals mean well but they just don't grasp the realities of our present civilization and what it takes to preserve not only our way of life but our existence. It would be great if we could all sing Kum Ba Ya and there would be no murders or wars or domestic abuse but the fact is MOST of mankind has not evolved to that point.

We already won in Iraq... The primary goal was to remove Saddam Hussein and extinguish his threat whether perceived threat or not the mission was to stop the threat.. Now the mission is to help the Iraq people enjoy a safe country... Mid East fashion I would say.. It will probably be at least another couple hundred years before any of the Mid East has a safe and free country like the U.S.A. People without Health Care get heart bypasses , Liver transplants,other major surgeries etc.. I am not very rich $$ wise or even a little rich $$ wise or even subpar rich $$ wise but I sure feel like I am a lot richer than most of the World.. but then again I am happy for what I have and I don't think anyone "OWES" me anything..
I can name times in history where losers called a no win situation a winning situation and turned it into a total catastrophe. In World War I, General Konrad thinking his army was winning and ordering his troops to take the offensive. So Austria took loses of 1.3 million troops killed, captured, wounded and missing in the first 8 months of the war. Hitler ordering his troops not to retreat from Stalingrad is another example.
Global warming is a hoax to let the DC nannies control your life. Iraq is only no win if we surrender. Millions of Americans are entitled to free health care, but as in any other country with socialized medicine, "free" health care sucks. All but the unskilled workers are doing way better than they did 10 years ago. Were it not for an endless supply of unskilled illegal workers maybe even the unskilled might see their lot improve.
