Seems like an increasing number of Islamic allah-worshipping morons are brainwashed delusional menaces to society.  Do we really need religion when it causes more wars, deaths, griefs and intrinsically suppresses logic reasoning based on evidence as well as intrinsically discourages our ability to think outside of the box?  

How many innocent lives were lost from 911 in the name of allah?  

What exactly is the benefit of these religions when prayer is more or less worthless like takin a sugar pill benefiting only from its placebo effects, spreads false promises, spreads BS after BS, lies after lies, abductions after abductions, brainwashing after brainwashing, holy wars after holy wars, yet takes in billions of untaxed dollars?    

Why do we need religion when it was science that cured polio, launched rockets and satellites into space, found a treatment for rabies, pox, measles, yellow fever, solved many crimes via forensic analysis where as some delusional psychic never did. It wasn't some prayer that helped find a cure for the most deadliest of diseases, it was science.  

Religion produces more and more delusional sociopaths every year and it's an unnecessary poison to our civilization.  

Innocent people are hurt. What if these girls were YOUR daughters or sisters?  Do you really feel religion needs to be tolerated when it is clearly encroaching into our safety and well being?  

These pukes are NOT going to leave us alone which is why those who know better need to take proactive measures and de-brainwash these religious pukes from attempting to evangelize their bull shit to too many people.

I would bet the same warlord would slit your throat in the name of Christ, buda, Hindu, Islam or science for cash. If there weren't religion it would just be another reason used. They look different, were female, were younger, grew up on the wrong side of the river. People seperate themselves into groups and subgroups all the time, it's the division that makes things like this possible, religion happens to be a big group, nationality and race are just as big though. Think Nazi.... Ww2 wasn't a holy war but millions died.  
      You might be as bad as the  bible bangers, at least they don't bitch and moan every single day about something that is not  going away.  Last I checked religious freedom was  protected in the constitution of the United States. Work on getting it changed and talk to me when it is....

but he is certainly working at it. I will say that he is having at least some impact on people's opinion on the subject though.

I've gone from being in full agreement with him to actually taking the side of religion in some cases. I don't know how a person can take a side in a debate as easy to win as siding against religion and somehow get a person like me who absolutely despises religion, to start seeing there side of the argument.

While I agree it's part of it, or the perversion of religion. 9/11 was as much about maintaining cultural norms in the Middle East and fighting what they see as oppression as it was over religious beliefs. There are more "Christian" countries then the US, so why did it happen here? Why not Rome if it was a religious attack?
     Also you neglect to realize that just as an example the Catholic Church runs 19 hospitals, 100 + clinics, 290 schools in Africa... If I remember correctly also donating billions of dollars to relief efforts in these countries. Have they done more harm then good this yr? I am so fucking not catholic but even I can see that they do good in the world. You need to read a bit more before claiming that they do nothing but delude people...  
      How much money have you personally given to charities this yr? How much to charities that operate outside the US?

Catholic church runs a bunch of hospitals because they are adopting science.  They are opening schools purely for the purpose of evangelizing their bogus religion, rather than to teach the truth, such as science.  

Do you really think these religious pukes are teaching evolution, biology, and history in those schools? Catholic fucks have a big agenda and it's to spread creationism, that the universe is 50,000 years old.  

Just how fucked in the head and stupid would you need to be in order believe that nonsense, and even more screwed up is that they are trying to spread that stupid creationist theory (not a shred of evidence, mind you) to children who do not know anything to make an intellgent decision of their own. I always thought one of the main precepts of science was the ability, desire and drive to understand how well ones data was backed by observable facts. Well, I guess first your eyes have to be open to have a chance at observation. Lacking observable facts the second error is to assume data not in evidence. You're not being very sciencey today.

I'm not a religious sort as I prefer the sciences to explain the unexplainable.  However I am a man of faith.  

Human kind is simply a blip on the cosmic timetable.  Why we're even here is a question that most scientists simply marvel at...dumb luck...evolution...or perhaps some other reasons.

The Big Bang...coincidence or perhaps some fun from someone in a different universe?  No one knows...apparently.
