If only Trump had done his homework assignment on time ("Ms. Willis, Can I please have an extra week to hand in my report?"), I'm sure it would have completely undermined the GA indictment.

I expect Trump's "Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT" will render the GA case moot and Willis will withdraw the charges and give Trump a Gold Star and Turkey Stamp on his report.

What are the odds that it doesn't even happen.

It was a bad strategy to announce it this far in advance.  The Dems will have their attorneys looking for some reason to get a Leftie judge to quash it, if that's at all possible, or in the alternative, circle the wagons to lessen the damage since the Deep State knows, or should know, what it's going to contain.

In a looooong history of deranged posts this may be the looniest. First of all, on what grounds would a judge quash it? Trump has a First Amendment right to publish it, even if the consequences are dire. His risk is that he'll provide more grist to the prosecutors to bolster their cases. But he's allowed to be stupid as long as it's not part of an illegal conspiracy.
Fortunately for you, your serial stupidity isn't criminal, just really dumb.

your name-calling loses it's effectiveness.  It makes you look like your vocabulary is limited and you can't express yourself completely on the subject matter, but if it makes you feel like you are getting somewhere, go ahead and keep up.  It's just weak.

Meanwhile, one lawyer - commenter warned that this report could lead to a charge of obstruction if it is interpreted as an attempt to taint the jury pool. In the headline news, Trump announced that it is "A Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud." and is providing the deliverable with the report on Monday. Possible obstruction.

Another lawyer - commenter said that the report, assuming it is more of the same old same old, will definitely end up in the evidence bag and be held against Trump (and maybe the rest of the Fulton 19 ... make that Fool-ton 19; Fooled-ton 19; any other suggestions?). It will fit in nicely with the rest of the "falsely claimed" Acts.Will Trump listen to his lawyers and not release the report? Or is Trump too stupid and will release it anyway? I think the smart money will be betting on Trump's stupidity. (I suggest to withhold payouts for a few days in case Trump delays the release by a day or two or three.)

Remember when Democrats burned down half the country in the middle of a pandemic in order to get Trump out of office?
