the two men that provoked the runner and murdered him; are not in jail and haven't been charged.  I will give you a guess.  The runner was a black man exercising and minding his own business.  The white man that murdered him is a retired deputy investigator in the small town.

They were arrested Thursday and have been charged with murder. Hopefully they will be convicted and get the maximum punishment available. There is no room in our country for violence against any minority.

Georgia has no "hate crime" laws, they do have PLENTY of laws regarding murder however.
