they will stand up for their opinions and will actually attempt to rationalize their thoughts. I appreciate that type of discourse as opposed to ranting and raving and hiding behind aliases. To me I always respect and appreciate what a provider has to say, because not only do they not hide behind an alias they are also up front on who they are.

Maybe there is an admission in their post that is innocuous at face but could be problematic on a different level.
