that is only a suspension and even if a judge rules no the Reps will just pass another bill

For one if it is special session no notice was needed , and are the Dems gonna run away this time again as Reps have the majority to pass another bill

1) this is just a temporary injunction. It's temporary to allow some legal challenges to the bill. Those legal challenges are separate from this injuction.
2) There's a few legal challenges that could get this bill overturned. That legal challenge could delay this for weeks, even months, allowing time for a recall of the state Senators.
3) Since the special session is over in the legislature, different procedurial rules apply, so the Dems won't flee the state if they try this again. But it is possible that a more drawn out debate could happen.

It wasn't a "special session", it was an "emergency session", and even those require 2 hrs notice... the notice wasn't sent out until 4:10pm for a 6:00 hearing.. yea, only a 10 min difference, but a technicality that just might bite them in the a** in the long run....
