It is the recipient who would get the cancer, not the male receiving the "service." This leads me to wonder if you're "catching" when BBBJ is provided.

The chances are slim that bbbj causes cancer.

How a cell becomes cancerous is complicated. OTOH , Internet morons blaming sex for almost everything bad is a simple concept. Social conservatives are scum who seek to control our lives through the least common denominator; sex. May all of the morons who seek to control our lives in this manner drown in a lake of fire.
