The exit was under construction and the sign was down leaning against a wall to the far left of 8 lanes . The dude had only been to TJ once before . It's obvious you're another " can't see your dick without a mirror " so I will go easy on you .

He did break Mexican Law.  It may have been accidental, but it was a clear violation of the law in Mexico.  So your response it to commit a felony under US law, an International Incident, and Most likely a violation of International Law?  

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but I am a bit skeptical of his story.
