George Bush, Dick Cheney, Dan Quayle, Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan and Sarah Palin. Oh and let's not forget HIS OWN VP, Mike Pence. We all know John McCain's thoughts on Trump before he passed. His own CURRENT VP called him "America's Hitler."
