Of all their big talk about "Obamacare", no GOP Governor has done a damn thing to offer anything better. Not one plan from one GOP Governor. And this after the Obama administration gave them expressed permission to do so.
...however, one state IS trying to reform their health care system, and it looks like it's going to pass...
We have to first repeal Obamacare before we can see what we will do in its place.
The 11th is a VERY conservateive court. The administration will lose here.
It will then go to the Supreme court. The real question is will just teh individual mandate be ruled unconstitutional or will they throw the whole thing out.l
