Politics and Religion

The way he phrased it, it seemed like bigotry to me. But each to his own,

This shouldn't be a sruprise at all since this admin deliberately blocked 27 pages of the 9-11 investigation that pointed to the role of members of the Saudi family in the 9-11 attacks.
Can anyone remember or point out the last time an American was caught spying on Israel???  If anyone can then I would love to hear about it!!!
Yesterday Ariel Sharon denied vehemently that Israel spies on the US.  Welllllllllllllllllllllllllllll  thats the end of this case!!  Since Sharon is one of the most honorable and honest characters on earth, we need look no further.
Congress had a collective response to Sharons denial and it was, "Yes master, we serve you oh great master and thy word is supreme.  Oh and master please don't bitch slap us oh great master.  Where do you want the next war oh master??  Please don't worry, we don't mind that useless American kids die for Israel in endless wars oh master."

Uh, plenty of time.  The whole Liberty incident (I think that was the name of the ship) in the 6 day war was likely a US atempt to listen in to Israeli war moves.  They responded violently.

We spy electronically on EVERYBODY. Get used to the adult pool.

Emerald comes at the issue more from a political point of view, Funtime does not.  I do not agree with the extent that Emerald attempts to make his case, but I feel that if any country is suspected of spying on us, we need to do a complete investigation and make that country pay a price if we conclude that they have in fact been spying on us.
I 100% reject Funtime's positions because he masks his hatred for Jewish people behind whatever seems convenient to him.  I think this tendency distorts the infrequent, valid observations that he makes.

confused with bigotry.  For example, I think that all African despots are shitheads.  I feel that way because their actions always surpress the properity that people in their nations should enjoys, given the abundance of natural resources in most of those countries.  Such a harsh political view comes for a lot of thought on this issue, it is not racist, but I am sure that some who read it would conclude that.

and if you perceive it differently, I respect your viewpoint.  However, the vitriol emeraldvodka displayed in his post smacks of bias and bigotry, and that's the way I see it.

And quit fantasizing about giving me a rise.  Believe me you are not that good:):)  So now please explain my bigotry, so I myself may come out of the dark and into your great enlightened world.

I agree with Still.

Just because EV feels Israel has too much influence on our government doesn't make him an anti-semite (Not sure about sp, but FT69 can sure spell spic).

Are Californians who voted for Prop. 187 necessarily racist against Mexicans (I would agree that Pete Wilson is a piece of shit though) ?  My point is - the game of blaming an entire people is OLD.  IMHO, EV blames OUR government whereas FT69 also blames governments but mostly peoples (with all his Aryan-race type of crap).  As far as I know, EV has not made any racist (IMO) remarks here.

BTW, does any of the anti-Islam speach bother you (again, there is a difference between not caring for the religion and spewing Muslim = terrorist) ?  Frankly, I feel the ignorance that Muslim=terrorist is a significant source of the support for this war.  I'm not implying you fall into this category (just venting).

I have never called you or anyone a spic. That is a word that you used yourself to describe yourself.

There may be a first time for everything though...

"with all his Aryan-race type of crap).  As far as I know, EV has not made any racist (IMO) remarks here."

I am under the impression that there are no Aryan people. It's a linguistic term.

"Uh, plenty of time.  The whole Liberty incident (I think that was the name of the ship) in the 6 day war was likely a US atempt to listen in to Israeli war moves.  They responded violently."

Perhaps the Liberty that was bombed by Israel was listening in on israeli war moves.

Perhaps not.

If they were, (i am not saying this is true) perhaps it was due to the Lavon affair;

Lavon Affair;;;
In 1954, Israeli agents working in Egypt planted bombs in several buildings, including a United States diplomatic facility, and left evidence behind implicating Arabs as the culprits. The ruse would have worked, had not one of the bombs detonated prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to capture and identify one of the bombers, which in turn led to the round up of an Israeli spy ring.
Some of the spies were from Israel, while others were recruited from the local Jewish population. Israel responded to the scandal with claims in the media that there was no spy ring, that it was all a hoax perpetrated by "anti-Semites". But as the public trial progressed, it was evident that Israel had indeed been behind the bombing. Eventually, Israeli's Defense Minister Pinhas Lavon was brought down by the scandal, although it appears that he was himself the victim of a frame-up by the real authors of the bombing project, code named "Operation Susannah."

It is therefore a fact that Israel has a prior history of setting off bombs with the intent to blame Arabs for them.

This is not the only example of a "False Flag" operation designed to trick the United States into attacking Israel's enemies. According to Victor Ostrovsky, a Mossad defector now living in Canada, Ronald Reagan was tricked into bombing Libya by means of a radio transmitter smuggled into Tripoli by the Mossad, which broadcast messages designed to fool the United States into thinking Libya was about to launch a massive terror attack on the west. On the basis of this fake evidence, the US bombed Libya, killing Khadaffi's daughter.

So, if the Liberty was listening in, it may have been to decipher whether israel was trying to set us up to fight some more of her wars.
About the responded violently comment:

If we find that israel did indeed have a mole or moles spying on America, should we respond violently towards israel? SULLY? You appear to support the inverse action?

I think the very least we should do is cut off all aid to israel.

"We spy electronically on EVERYBODY. Get used to the adult pool."

Yes TER folks, nothing you write is really safe. These evil creatures spying on us will go to any lengths to find out and identify whoever doesn't agree with our israel first policies.

FT96-

Shabat Shalom.

The Lavon affair is weak shit compared to a lot of the CIA's actions in dozens of countries.  Nothing to get worked up about.

I know that it bothers you that Jews have a country.  That they are good at defending it.  That Hitler did not solve the "Jewish Problem".  That there are Jews who live in the US.  That they are politically active.  That they are culturally involved in numbers totally out of proportion to their percentage of the US population.  That they have not been rounded up yet like the Japanese in WWII.

Hey-  Weve been reading and writing for about 3000 years longer than many cultures.  When other cultures had 2-5% literacy, EVERY JEWISH MALE could read and write.  It WAS a huge advantage in business and culture.  That era is GONE.  Now we are just another ethnic group, except we are a little more diverse in our opinions (2 Jews= 5 opinions).

Believe me, I do not get a check from the Wrold Domination Club.  If you got all the Jews in world together to take over the world, they would NEVER agree on anything, except maybe Chinese food for lunch!.

I didn't say you called me a spic.  In a prior post I had mis-spelled the word as ``spick''.  I just thought it was funny how you replied with the correct spelling - Not a big deal, in most cases it means nothing.  You could have won the Klan spelling B for all I know (JUST A JOKE.  Btw, did you ?).  But I do believe you are a racist.

Anyway, if you do not believe the White race is superior to others than I sincerely appologize.

"I am under the impression that there are no Aryan people. It's a linguistic term."

It is linguistic in nature because it is often applied completely incorrectly (to refer to everyone or northern european descent).  The term, as originally coined, referred to a small, very specific part of northern europe.
