 I dunno'; but it seems to me a tax free Million Dollar stimulus check to every Social Security Card holding citizen over the age of 21 would have saved a shitload of foreclosures, and afforded work for every contractor, waiter, lawyer, mechanic, salesman, entrepreneur, inventor, Doctor, scientist, capitalist, banker, Wall Street speculator, provider, anon anon anon.

 Instead a small group of people 'again' pocketed all the money.
