Chief Judge In Jan 6th Trial Criticizes “Almost Schizophrenic” Prosecutions

Seems Republicans think the rioters are being overcharged, while Democrats feel they are being undercharged.

Fed. judge in her first Jan 6. "parading" sentencing grills prosecutors about fiery rhetoric of "an attack on democracy" that seems inconsistent with the petty offense pleas DOJ is agreeing to.  

Sentences defendant to probation

The problem is that . . . .

if they charge higher offenses, some will elect to go to trial, and if they win, it defeats the whole Leftie narrative.  They know their claims are weak, and that's why they are settling them out for "pennies on the dollar" of the "asking price."
