Our oil embargo (and call it what you will, that's what it is) is squeezing the life out of that country. So it may well fall of its own weight. They are practicing a form of Communism that is simply unsustainable unless it's subsidized. And now Russia, Venezuela and Mexico can no longer subsidize Cuba. It's only a matter of time. No bombs needed.

We should have taken over Cuba in the 50s.

Greenland should definitely be heavily occupied next. Strategic move would be to have a rather large base to intercept located in Greenland. I mean, what are they gonna do about it?

If the Iran and Cuba goals are achieved, and friendly governments replace the regimes currently in power, then Trump goes down in history as one of the greatest foreign policy presidents in our history.  But failure means the TDS syndrome will be fueled to higher levels.

He seems unaware that what we've done in Iran has happened only because we have a splendid military. But in this case it's been used carelessly and with almost no strategic plan. So if we succeed there it won't be because of Trump but despite him.
If Cuba falls it will only be because its government is incompetent and happened despite a failed policy over every Administration since JFK.
But no doubt ChicKie will splooge himself.
As a partisan hack would.

brilliantly by the War Department.  Nothing careless about it.  I heard audio clips on the radio today while driving of Obama, Hillary, Biden and Harris who all said in campaign speeches that when they are President, Iran will never be allowed to have a nuclear bomb.  (George W. said, "nuculer bomb", but I digress.)  After all of that lip service, Trump has taken the action they all pledged to take on their own watch, and all of a sudden, these four wannabes say it's a bad idea.  Got Hypocrisy?

Yep...and is why Trump made all those trade moves with OIL and other resources.   Something I have been talking about over and over.   The "embargo" and putting sanctions on oil and other minerals.   Plus stopping the illegal trade that was happening between these countries....Russia and China sending things that they agreed not to.

But Trump was just an "idiot" making these deals.  Yet they are pushing for outcomes that are good.

Because that's what you do. Trouble is, this last post -- like so many of yours -- is an almost incoherent babble. Now cue up your standard complaint. But you will continue to do NOTHING to improve your communication "skills." Because you simply can't comprehend how bad at this you are. The result is that it's hard to figure out what you're talking about.

Graham, it's a bad idea for those in Congress to start suggesting what our foreign policy should be.  It falls squarely under the purview of the executive branch.  Graham is out of line on this and a few other comments he made this past weekend about HIS foreign policy ideas.

I guess it seems when Russia says it ain’t.
Russia looks to give a major “Fuck You” to Trump by shipping oil to Cuba.
Let’s see what our tough talking president says on that.
Will he seize the tankers or will he curl up in the fatal position ? This isn’t Venezuela here.
I guess this happens when you lift oil sanctions on Russia and You’ve just embolden them
Man… WTF we going??🤷🏻‍♂️

because he's petrified about the impact of high gas prices. So he may even be willing to help Iran buy more bullets to shoot as US soldiers.
Bizzarre.
From the Times:
"The Trump administration said on Thursday that it planned to remove sanctions on Iranian oil, an unorthodox move intended to lower surging crude prices, which have hurt U.S. consumers and helped Iran profit. The strategy would be a sharp reversal from years of maximum-pressure sanctions aimed to cripple Iran’s economy.

The plan, described by Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, reflects the administration’s desperation to reduce oil prices, encouraging Iran to sell more oil even while it is at war with the United States."

NO.... it is talking about how TRUMP is using OIL and natural resources to get things he wants.

IE: the "embargo" you talk about is why he was making deals so other countries STOP selling to certain countries and only to the USA.   He did all of this prior to many of his other moves.    Which is what I was talking about.
