Absolutely sensible, pragmatic, non stressfull, and generates more business for the US Postal Service. I mailed mine in a week ago, and am now scheduled with the registrar of voters to do such for all subsequent election cycles. Brilliant!

For some reason they just had to short voting machines in Ohio in order to steal the 2004 election for Bush. What did they get for all their troubles? New Orleans destroyed. The US economy destroyed. A United States President who gets shoes thrown at him. The entire world was rooting for that shoe over the leader of the free world.

The more the GOP tries to steal the vote, the more people take their vote back from those who stole it. For 30 years the GOP goal hasn't been to appeal to the vast majority of the American People, but to do everything they can to prevent the majority of people from voting. Why?

Because the more people stay home, the more elections they win.

That is why George Bush, Sr. vetoed the motor voter law. Why make it convenient to register to vote? That means more people vote.

Now the GOP is trying to block people by voting by requiring ID's. Well, the question becomes, if you're required to show ID, then why the fuck do you have to register to vote? Shouldn't your ID be the same thing as instant voter registration?

No, we can't have that. That means more people vote. It means Republicans lose elections.

As much as 40% of voters will vote early this year. So many people are early voting in order to go around the GOP trying to steal another election. And with so many people early voting, that means higher total voter turnout.
