The factors which lead to global warming are real. One who ignores them does so at his own peril. Both issues (global warming, diminishing solar output) do not preclude one another. At least, we can directly impact the factors which lead to global warming.

Then move away for So Cal. Oh yeah, get an up to date photo too. Look at the cars...1930-40's year models. Visibility in NJ yesterday was in excess of 100 miles, and 55 degrees. If that's global warming, bring it on, lol.

...old photo because of the stricter environmental laws enacted since the 1940's.  If the folks back then did nothing like the climate change deniers are advocating today, you wouldn't be able to see one block in L.A.

Today, it's not unusual to see Catalina Island - 26 miles across the sea - with the naked eye whereas in the 1960's you couldn't see it more than a couple of times a year after it rained.

God bless the AQMD!!  Oh wait, Charlie says there is no God.

You may be wondering what this has to do with your OP. Well, nothing, other than the fact that the author of the link you posted most certainly was an apologist for the right on Iraqi WMDs.

What's more interesting, is that the author you linked is an admitted liar, going so far as to use an alias in his own journalism to try to protect his shoddy reputation. He has written extensively about global warming, and for some reason he seems to lie quite a bit on the subject.

C'mon Snow, please for the love of God, tell me you're not serious. You can't possibly believe that shit, can you?

Think about this for a second. Let's suppose for a second that you're in your house and Pria is outside pounding on your door saying, "I'm gonna kill you, motherfucker!!!" You look outside your window and you notice that Pria has a fully automatic AR-15 with a granade launcher attachment.

Do you

A) open your window and try to shoot him before he can shoot you, or
B) throw all your guns into your neighbor's yard and hope for the best.

First of all, I own these weapons illegally and will pay a price if anyone finds them. In addition, it is highly unlikely I could get them back. the guy a the door says he will not harm me as long as I give him these weapons.

Also, the guy at the door is in a TANK, so I could use my AK-47 but know it will not succed.  

Would it not be logical to give these to a trusted friend and tell the guy in the TANK I don't have what he wants and hope he goes away?

the planet has no effect on how warm the planet is. But the real issue is not global warming is it? The issue is how to exploit the fear of global warming. The running dogs of capitalism are working hard to make fear of global warming a growth industry!

Wealth redistribution is yet another capitalist ploy. Providing services to those whose annual income is less than the poverty level , around $20k, is easy money for about 5m citizens. 20% of my revenue comes from there last year. I expect that to grow by 3% this year!
