Thanks for the example. The litigant, David Daleiden, has been found guilty in several lawsuits brought against him by Planned Parenthood and by CA; charges brought by Texas were later dropped.

Harris investigated and obtained a warrant to seize materials from Daleiden in 2016. Thus far, everything has been upheld by the CA courts and Federal courts and Daleiden HAS been shown to have broken several laws.
