had nothing to do with what I said.  Go back up the thread and read for yourself.  See how that works, not to mention the irony when you depart from the topic and then complain when I do the same to you?  Lol

It's interesting that Trump/MAGA is always making up nick names for his/their opponents.  Just last night I was watching the results of the run-off for the Texas Senate seat and immediately after Paxton won he began with the nick names about Talarico.  Tala-freako, Tofu Talarico (apparently he's a Vegan),  6 gender Jimmy to name a few.  Like what is it with these grown ass 50 and 60+ year old men and these adolescent nick names?  This is shit i expect from my 8 year old.  And are Republicans not Vegan as well, like wtf?

I agree it is extremely immature but that is Trump and his sycophants to his/their core. And it wasnt always directed at Dems. Remember "little Marco" and "low energy Jeb?"

Rule #1: Make the race about the other guy. Deflect, re-define, smear.

Talarico received some publicity during the primaries, but that doesn’t mean he’s been defined per se to the general election voters. Paxton, with these nicknames, is just signaling the beginning of how the GOP plans to define him to the electorate. It’s not pretty politics, but it’s often effective.

I think independent voters and principled republicans are getting sick and tired of the juvenile name calling. Likewise, I think those same voters are fed up with scandals and corruption of which Paxton  has more than his share. Texas is a very red state, but I think this will be a very close race. I am optimistic that Talarico will be able to convince enough voters that he is a better choice than Paxton for the citizens of Texas.

the daunting task of choosing whether to properly fund Talarico's campaign, which looks like a toilet flush to most people, or use that money for other Senate candidates who actually have an outside chance of flipping a seat.   They're looking for another close one like Ted Cruz/Beto O'Rourke, but instead of a two-point win like Cruz had, Talarico is poised to lose by 30+ points to Paxton.

Polls do NOT give a 30+ point lead to Paxton. In fact, here are two that don't give him any lead at all. From CNN:
"An April University of Texas/Texas Politics Project poll actually showed Talarico leading Paxton by eight points among registered voters, 42%-34%. That’s even as GOP Gov. Greg Abbott led his race by 6 — a whopping 14-point gap between Paxton’s and Abbott’s performances.

A more recent Texas Southern University/YouGov poll showed a tied Senate race among registered voters, 45%-45%. But again, Paxton underperformed other statewide candidates like Abbott (who again led by 6).

These are the kinds of polls you basically never see in Texas. In fact, even O’Rourke — Democrats’ most successful Senate candidate in decades — polled consistently behind Cruz through all of 2018.

Paxton has also proved he underperforms other Republicans in actual elections, at least somewhat. In 2022, he notched the smallest margin of any statewide Texas Republican that cycle, winning by 9 points even as others won by between 11 and 15 points."

Did not give a 30-point lead to Paxton over Cornyn?   Do you really want to rely on University students' class project polls?   It seems like you are avoiding the "Trump" factor.  Trump has made 118 endorsements so far during the primary season.  Every one of the 118 won their race.  The voters trust Trump because of his transparency and common sense.  Many regret switching to Biden in 2020 and they are not likely to make that mistake again.

Wake up call for Nicky . . . . . It's not April anymore.  Lol

And now he's hallucinating bullshit that doesn't even come close to answering the question. crsm calls that "moving the goal posts."  These are polls of voting age people in Texas. So of course they're irrelevant. To you. And you're also conveniently forgetting that Trump's endorsements are of Republicans running against REPUBLICANS, not general elections. So, no, "voters" don't trust Trump. MAGAts trust him.
Now put down that crack pipe.

not speculation like you are engaging in.  It's a matter of public record that he has endorsed 118 candidates so far and ALL of them have won.  Of course, it's Republicans running against Republicans, it's TEXAS.  If it has been an open primary like California, Paxton would have been first, Cornyn second and soy-boy Talarico third.  When Cornyn voters vote for Paxton in the general election, Talarico will have the distinction of getting the biggest beat-down in Texas history.

...that he has endorsed 118 candidates so far and ALL of them have won."
Really?!  Do you have a link to this "public record?"  Of course not because you're full of shit...except for the shit you pulled out of your ass when you claimed Trump is 118 for 118.

It was only a couple of weeks ago that Trump tried to primary seven Indiana state senators who didn't go along with his command to redistrict.  Trump-endorsed challengers did win 5 of the 7 but lost two (subject to a recount).

Well, COEUR-DE-CHAPON, let's see your proof that Trump is 118 for 118 or else you'll prove you that are what your handle is -- heart of a castrated chicken.

only inclusive of Congressional and Senatorial seats and state Governors.  Go to fox news for the stats and lists of the  candidates for these races.

What exactly is transparent and common sense about Trump?  He speaks in circles, says the same shit over and over again, constantly side tracks himself, can't articulate a point without insulting somebody (reporters and former President's) and on top of that is shady and vague in every response he has.  GTFOH

from our president you prefer Biden's style of just reading what someone else wrote?  It seems you don't understand the transparency of the Trump administration compared to Biden.  Sidetracking is our guarantee that he is speaking extemporaneously and not just reciting garbage that someone else wrote.   Have you heard him insult former Presidents by saying anything that wasn't true?  How can you be insulted by hearing the truth?

How about a recent example of something Trump said that is shady and vague?  Dumocrats like to speak in generalities because they have specifics to back up their whining about Trump.

It's not that I don't understand transparent leadership, I was Platoon Sgt. and or squad leader for multiple combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq.  I understand good and bad leadership very well.  When you ask someone a question, and this someone is the President, and he responds back with insults e.g. calling someone an idiot, or piggy or stupid, or telling them to shut up, that's trash IMO.
.
Shady/Vague comments by Trump:  Trump on the $1.7 billion "anti-weaponization" fund "I know very little about it. I wasn't involved in the whole creation of it and the negotiation" - So the POTUS, who is unethically suing his own IRS, with his own DOJ, with the puppets he himself has put in place doesn't or didn't know anything about a slush fund being set up?
.
Not to mention this fund itself is in the process of being frozen and investigated by the judge because the DOJ requested their lawsuit be dismissed, then introduced the settlement, without the judge knowing about it.  So your left hand sues your right hand then they squash it an come up with a settlement, all the while the person who's personal lawyer, now the acting AG, doesn't inform his client, the POTUS, that they are dismissing the case and negotiating a settlement/slush fund AND drawing up documents designed to shield said President and his family from ever being investigated by the IRS again.  But we are to believe he knew nothing about it?
.
More shady/vague comments by Trump:  Trump used a government exemption and directed an emergency, no-bid contract to Atlantic Industrial Coatings to repaint and repair the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in Washington, D.C. The project was initially estimated at under $2 million, but the contract ballooned to $6.9 million and then reached $13.1 million.
.
Initially he said that he gave the no-bid contract to the company because they are his pool guys who worked on his pools at his Trump National Golf Club in Virginia.  Out of Trumps mouth "“I have a guy who's unbelievable at doing swimming pools up the road”.  Then when questioned about it he downplayed it saying that the Department of the Interior handled the choice.  So what is it?  You don't just willy nilly hand out no-bid contracts/government exemptions and then not now anything about who those contracts are being given to.

transparent leadership at the platoon sergeant level, it's a shame that Biden never demonstrated transparency at that level.  Trump gives the public real info about what is going on, but he also has to adhere to national security concerns when speaking off the cuff.  Biden didn't have this problem because the lies were all written out for him and he didn't have to make split-second decisions about how much he can disclose about sensitive security issues, and that is why it sometimes seems vague.  If you were in the military, as you claim, then you should have an awareness of classified information that cannot be repeated to the public.  I was an 0-4 and was privy to battalion and brigade information that could not yet be fully disclosed to the troops, so we were ordered to be vague about certain details.  You do understand the chain of command, don't you?  Even the commander-in-chief will not be free to disclose certain information that could jeopardize a mission or risk the lives of troops or in the case of civilian law enforcement, risk the lives of law enforcement.  Personally, I would rather get information that is true but a little vague than straight-up lies like Biden fed us for four years.

CDL can't really defend Trump so he deflects. Not to mention that Trump NEVER "gives the public real info about what is going on." He just lies non-stop. And CDL gobbles it up and spreads it around.

was always truthful?  If not, why were you not complaining about HIS lies?  Got hypocrisy?

More generalities and no details.  What has he lied about recently?  Biden is famous for lying . . .  .

--Inflation is going down (while it was going up)
--American families are better off than they were under Trump

--And the list can go on ad infinitum.

"According to major fact-checking organizations, Donald Trump made false or misleading claims at a significantly higher volume than Joe Biden. While both presidents utilized exaggeration and spin, Trump was recorded repeating debunked falsehoods much more frequently.
By the NumbersFirst 100 Days: An analysis by the Washington Post Fact Checker documented 511 false or misleading claims by Donald Trump in his first 100 days, compared to 78 by Joe Biden.
Term-wide: The Washington Post’s comprehensive database tracked more than 30,000 false or misleading statements from Donald Trump over the course of his presidency.
The Nature of the ClaimsDonald Trump: Fact-checkers routinely highlighted that Trump deployed a much larger volume of outright false claims and confidently relied on debunked assertions.Joe Biden: Fact-checkers observed that Biden’s falsehoods more often took the form of exaggerations, embellishments, misstated figures, or distorted context, rather than overt lies."

spoke out against the Russia hoax or the deep state lies, the so-called "fact-checkers", who were clearly in the tank for the Dems, counted those statements as lies.  And now that the NYT and publications from Trump's first term are starting to admit they were completely wrong about nearly every story they wrote on Trump, these Trump-lies will be reversed by history, and many of the passes that Biden got will be declared lies, so it's a little early to declare Trump a bigger liar than Biden.

...are starting to admit they were completely wrong about nearly every story they wrote on Trump..."

Can't-Do-Links pulls another big pile of shit out of his ass and flings it.

Everything you just said has absolutely nothing to do with what I said.  You asked for shady/vague statements from Trump, I gave you two examples of shady/vague/evasive statements that Trump has made.  And I'll have to admit, limiting that shit was hard because every time he opens his mouth it's like a cat chasing its tail in a circle. What does chain of command and giving evasive answers about scamming $1.7 billion for a slush fund and a $13 million dollar reflective pool contract have to do with clear answers and OPSEC?
.
But really, you said you were an 0-4, not knowing what branch you were in, I hope it wasn't a branch in which you were in command of troops at a company, battalion or squadron level.  Hopefully they locked your ass in a logistics, supply or admin closet somewhere and never put you in front of a formation.  Speaking of detailed information, didn't the SecDef get caught using a unsecured app discussing war plans?  Let me guess, Trump didn't know anything about that either huh?  Yet another example of trickle down incompetence.  This administration, especially Trump, is about as fucked up as a football bat, that's the real national security threat.  And from that word vomit of an explanation you just typed, I can see how everything he says makes perfect sense to someone like you.
.
There have been reports that Trump hates meeting, routinely skips or has to have the daily briefings condensed into picture slideshows, probably with colorful illustrations .  Ever thought, hmmm that's why he can't give detailed answers?  Because he's not smart enough and incapable of comprehending complex levels of information and conveying that into his own words while still protecting national security?

had nothing to do with what I said.  Go back up the thread and read for yourself.  See how that works, not to mention the irony when you depart from the topic and then complain when I do the same to you?  Lol

Of the Trump base. Fuck policy, just give them that slap on the knee humor
Somehow name calling makes MAGats feel better about themselves
Lydon Johnson once said
"If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you."
To use as an example and kinda holds true with the name calling.

Talarico isn’t vegan. It’s just a lie. Dude eats Texas BBQ all the time.

I know that, and you know that, but MAGA is a mindless cult that don't use common sense or view anything else other than Fox News.

that there are more than two genders are just trying to convince themselves they are some other gender rather than a gay man when they have a dick down their throat.  If Talarico was any more light in the loafers, he would be floating on air.  He is the antithesis of a Texas man's man and Texans simply will not want him representing them in the Senate.  This race will not even be close in the end.  Talarico may squeak out a win in Austin, which is populated with ex-pat Californians, but the rest of the state will say, no thanks, "girly-man," to quote former Governor Arnold in California.

Leading the charge for branding what is male masculinity for the Rigties, well you know right wing conservative males have a mommy issue complex.

There are a lot more women out there who would fuck Steven Miller than Tim Waltz or James Talarico.

420Smoka4Eva30 reads

I think it’s safe to say this is your weirdest post yet. Also, Waltz is 62 years old. I would hope a man in his 40’s would be more attractive than a man in his 60’s. We know why you picked Waltz anyway. Miller is so ugly that you had to compare him to a granddad to make your point seem reasonable.

Would Pete Buttigieg fuck Stephen Miller. My guess is no.
Maybe we should ask ReadyForCock if he'd fuck Miller?
Say, whatever happened to that clown?

...COEUR-DE-CHAPON is as dumb as a stump.  He doesn't know how to spell "Walz" even though the name was all over the place while he was running for VP.

OK, I'll give him a pass for misspelling Walz; it's easy to confuse with the more common "Waltz."  But COEUR-DE-CHAPON has been misspelling the name of the governor of his own state since Newsom was elected in 2018!!

Now that's what I call a fucking moron!!

spelling errors?  I can remember when you posted about drooling over fat chicks.  At least you had a little sex drive back when you were a top.  It was sad when you fell on that guy and crushed him.

...and not a single word of substance?  Of course you don't because you're a fucking moron.  But I'll help you out with some posts YOU made about ad hominem attacks:

"...ad hominem personal attacks and NO substantive argument  on the topic.  Looks like you are completely intellectually bankrupt.  I knew it would happen."
http://www.theeroticreview.com/discussion-boards/politics-and-religion-39/two-posts-on-this-thread-with-----363507?page=

Paraphrasing COEUR-DE-CHAPON:
"...so you think an ad hominem personal attack is going to fool someone into thinking you are smart?  The guys here are all veterans on this board.   It makes you look like (CRSM27's) retarded (much older) brother.  Sorry, but your presence here has served to lower the aggregate IQ of the (Righty) posters SIGNIFICANTLY.  You really need a white knight (other than CocKSucker175).  Maybe someone will help you out until you figure things out on how to NOT look so stupid."

It's based on your own history of posting that you drool over fat girls.  You, more than anyone likes to go into the past to pull things that were said to post about.  You must be a complete idiot besides being a liar.  That's why you will always be the BLRPOS.  That name was not given lightly, you had to earn it, which you have.

It's ironic that you have nothing new to say so you link your own old posts in order to have something to say in THIS post.  That smacks of cognitive decline.  Same old shit from you, different day.  Pathetic.

"You must be a complete idiot besides being a liar."

Those posts were not MY old posts, they are YOUR old posts!  I quoted YOU and I posted the links to YOUR old posts!
How stupid do you have to be not to know they are YOUR own posts?!  Or don't you know what "paraphrase" means?
I guess I'll have to use simpler words for a simpleton like you.

You are the self-righteous idiot who decried ad hominem attacks yet your post was nothing but an ad hominem attack!

I can't say your post "smacks of cognitive decline" because you never had any cognitive ability to begin with.

Your comeback of, "It's not me, it's you . . ." means you have nothing to counter my point with that is original and is the very definition of cognitive decline.  When you have nothing intelligent to counter with, just use the old reliable 3rd grade version . . . . "So's your old man."

...castrated chicken you are.  You're so stupid you claimed YOUR posts were MY posts.  But like the fucking moron you are, you ran away from it like the cowardly little bitch you are.
