The "U.S. arsenal" to which you refer was not equipment left by American forces upon their withdrawal. It was old stuff given to the Afghan Army and abandoned by then when they fled. I saw a video of some of it and a lot of the "infantry weapons" left were ancient AK-47s, not even stuff any American soldier would ever use.
I seriously doubt anyone will be fired over this.

Biden can not fire Trump. Trump was "fired" by the electorate in November 2020 and officially left his position simultaneously with the swearing in of Biden on Jan 20, 2021.

The Taliban won't much care how they got the arsenal or when/where either. The equipment should have been removed/destroyed prior to our leaving.

Let's not act like the Trumpettes who blamed everyone but Trump. This is, at least in part, Biden's screw up.

We need the cooperation of the Taliban to extract American citizens and Afghan allies. If we'd started blowing up arsenals we'd have gotten the opposite. Also, this stuff is useless to threaten our interests in the future. But if we decide to blow it up, let's at least wait until after we've gotten everyone out.

Those materials were U.S. and/or Afghani owned. The Taliban should have zero say on what we do with equipment the U.S. taxpayer paid for. That equipment makes a terrorist organization all that much stronger. No, we fucked this up but I do agree with your last sentence.
