And the crash of earlier this year was a Trump crash, caused by his incompetent handling of the Coronavirus pandemic. Being a manufacture in Asia and Mexico, things were looking great under Obama......Then trump came in and in a nutshell, he fucked up my Asia connection and our cost infrastructure . The jury is still out on trump's USMCA deal, but getting out of the TPP hurt me....So in my world...trumps been a disaster. And let's not get into his poor handling of the Covid virus....

But the USA Today headline is misleading. The case hasn't "reached" the Supreme Court yet. It's merely knocking at the door, asking to be let in. The Court can open the door a crack or tell Trump to GTFOH. Any other Supreme Court wouldn't give Trump the time of day but it wouldn't surprise me if this Court accepts one of the cases to mollify Trump and then tells him to GTFOH.
