All 17 members of the Arts and Humanities committee resigned en masse calling the Clown a racist, supporting domestic terrorists who killed fellow Americans and Clown's immoral support of hate groups, White Supremacists, KKK and Neo Nazis.

Has anyone seen anything like this with any other President in his first 7 months?

The arts and humanities committee was started by Reagan.  I think all of its current members joined under Obama.  Trump wants to defund all support for the arts and humanities, so I doubt he was ever even aware that this committee existed.

No wonder he was called "unstable and incompetent" by a GOP lawmaker.     The Webster English Dictionary defines "Incompetence" like:

 
 inept, unskillful, unskilled, inexpert, amateurish, unprofessional, bungling, blundering, clumsy, inadequate, substandard, inferior, ineffective, deficient, inefficient, ineffectual, wanting, lacking, leaving much to be desired; incapable, unfit, unqualified; pathetic, ham-fisted, not up to it, not up to scratch his own balls!
